About Yakaira
Yakaira Núñez (Kai) is a product, insights, and research executive who has spent two decades helping organizations turn data into direction and technology into opportunity. Her work spans Fortune 100 companies, nonprofits, B/C-stage start-ups, and global policy forums.
At Salesforce, she served as VP of Research & Insights, embedding analytics and user research directly into product development and sales cycles. She co-led landmark sustainability initiatives — including the Trillion Trees Tree Tracking Platform and the Land & Oceans Sustainability Goals — and collaborated with the World Economic Forum on responsible AI through Generations AI.
With roots in community organizing and a background through Capgemini and Deloitte, Kai brings management consulting rigor fused with deep product empathy and a commitment to equitable, responsible innovation.
